Hi! I've been poling for 5 years. I absolutely love the sport and believe it's a excellent way to stay in shape. I focus on conditioning and strength moves in my Pole Strength class. I focus on getting you comfortable with moving around the pole, supporting your weight, and building confidence in my Intro to Pole class. See you soon!
