Join the Zenergy community for our Open Pole sessions, where you can practice and perfect your pole dancing skills. Our self-guided practice sessions allow you to work towards your own goals and practice what you have learned in our classes. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced poler, our Open Pole sessions are the perfect way to get some extra practice in and improve your skills. Cancellation Policy

Fitness class booking and cancellation policy Please ensure you are familiar with our bookings and cancellation policy before booking fitness classes. Bookings - Group Class • Unlimited Monthly Plan Members can book a class up to 7 days in advance. • Clients can book a session at least 2 hours before the start time of the class. • In order to access the studio, clients MUST book online. • If you can no longer attend the class, please cancel with as much notice as possible but more than 6 hours before – this will allow other people to take part in the class. • Please remember to arrive up to 10 minutes before the class starts. • Late arrivals (after advertised class start time) will not be able to gain entry to the class. • Class Pass clients will not receive a refund for being late or not turning up for a class. Bookings - Private Class • Private sessions can be booked at least 2 days in advance. • In order to access the studio, clients for private sessions MUST book online. • If you can no longer attend the class, please cancel with as much notice as possible but more than 6 hours before. • Please remember to arrive up to 10 minutes before the class starts. • Failure to arrive at least 15 minutes of the session’s start time, is considered a no-show and client will not receive a refund.
