Zenergy Pole and Yoga is boutique fitness studio in Upper Marlboro. We offer private and group pole dancing classes, private indoor and outdoor yoga, aqua yoga, and special events.

Our studio opens to a private pool and backyard. In colder temperatures, we offer heated bubble cabanas for your events. It's the perfect venue space to host your next birthday party, bachelorette party, or girls night/day out!

Enjoy learning at your own pace in our 1-on-1 sessions. All sessions are customized based on your individual style. We also offer private group sessions. You can also take private pole dancing and yoga classes with your own group. Class plans are available for multiple sessions.
